Keepsake & Company is a gift customisation brand that specializes in personal and corporate bulk gifting. As a one-stop gift concierge, we handle everything for you — from design, sourcing, manufacturing, assembly, to delivery.
With our experience in designing customized gifts, we take the tedious processes off your shoulders so you don’t have to worry.
What kind of customisation do you provide?
We can customize your gifts in 3 ways:
- Adding your logo onto our pre-existing products
- Create a full-sized design from scratch for our pre-existing products
- Source for a new product of your choice and create a full-sized design.
We provide a wide range of customisation for each product, including but not limited to:
- Printed design/logo/image
- Embroidered design
- Base colour
- Material
- Dimensions
Can I request a specific theme or style for my gifts?

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, there is a minimum order quantity (MOQ) depending on the products you are keen on customising. Most of our customised products have an MOQ of 100 units. Please drop us an email at hello@keepsake.sg or fill up our custom order enquiry form and we would be happy to assist you further.
Is there a minimum budget to work with you?
We do not have a minimum budget and will work within the budget you have in mind. If you have a lower budget, we can stick to lower-cost products such as paper goods and small items. Where can I browse your full corporate catalog and bulk pricing?

Do you provide handwritten cards for gifting?
We provide cards for gifting with every order upon request. Handwritten card service will be available, subject to additional cost for large quantities.
How long is the turnaround time for order processing/ customisation/ shipping?
Depending on the complexity of your gifts, designing and sampling takes about 2-6 weeks while production usually takes about 4-6 weeks. Feel free to share with us your timeline if you require a shorter turnaround time & we’d be happy to propose alternatives.
Do you have samples of your products?
We have ready samples for some of our products, you may request for them if needed, subject to availability and cost.
Will you provide mockups before production?
Yes, we will send you mockups before production to ensure the designs are aligned to your needs.
What are the available payment methods?
We accept bank transfers, PayNow and credit card payments.
Do I have to pay upfront for your services? / At which stage do I have to pay?
A 50% non-refundable deposit will need to be made upon confirmation of product type, quantity and design theme, and the remaining 50% upon confirmation of design and mass manufacturing.
